A safe, quiet residential neighbourhood close to highways and public transportation. The Old Mill subway is a 5 minute bus trip away and the Humber Loop is a few blocks for the 24/7 streetcar.

Walk to 24/7 Sobeys and Shoppers Drug Mart. Library, recreation centre, Martin Goodman Trail for biking, walking and roller blading are nearby.

Travel time to University of Toronto and downtown language schools is approximately 45 minutes. Humber College (Lakeshore) is 25 minutes by TTC.
